Requirements
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated high interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated service excellence.
  • Effective organization and time management skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, handle materials, and occasionally lift and carry up to ten pounds as specified in the physical and sensory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and education for all learning management system users and superusers, including basic technical issues affecting learners and courses.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and maintain onboarding learning objects to support the new-hire experience.
  • Build instructor-led training, surveys, assessments, competencies, materials, and compliance reports.
  • Assign relevant instructor-led training, online training, materials, evaluations, and surveys to learning management system users according to business requirements.
  • Perform regular system audits and maintain learning management system performance-support documentation, including tip sheets and user guides.
  • Coordinate specific special projects and events.
  • Support instructors, learning administrators, and training coordinators.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of equivalent work experience in learning management systems.
