Responsibilities
  • Achieve balanced personal sales and service performance by developing new and existing customer relationships using the customer engagement model.
  • Create a daily individual plan focused on deepening customer relationships and consistently executing service standards and customer retention activities.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to achieve personal service, sales, and operational goals.
  • Execute and role model service standards in customer and teammate interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns by owning the problem and acting as a liaison between the customer and bank.
  • Use in-person and phone customer interactions to identify additional needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with other lines of business to drive effective and profitable customer relationships.
  • Participate in community activities as a representative of the bank.
  • Serve as a backup Teller or Head Teller when needed.
  • Obtain and properly complete documentation for all solutions to minimize documentation exceptions.
  • Complete account maintenance activities properly.
  • Stay current on regulations, policies, and procedures related to Personal Banker duties and branch operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
