Responsibilities
  • Act as right hand to CSO to provide support in smooth operation of the Research function
  • Manage budget accountabilities and act as key liaison with other research functions and Voyager’s finance team
  • Monitor progress and performance against research objectives and provide regular updates and recommendations
  • Work closely with Research Leadership Team to align their goals and activities with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Analyze business data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including communications, presentations, reports
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies
  • Support the CSO in making informed and data-driven decisions
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork
  • Be a strategic advisor to the CSO in having a keen ability to “see around the corner”
