  • Champion the strategic development of advanced financial models, guiding the FP&A team in creating robust budgeting and forecasting tools that align with long-term business goals.
  • Lead a high-level analysis of financial outcomes, leveraging historical data and predictive analytics to drive strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage financial data and analytics to identify emerging trends in the company’s financial performance and market dynamics.
  • Engage in predictive analysis to forecast future trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of the company's financial performance, comparing it with historical figures and forward-looking forecasts.
  • Utilize a range of analytical tools and techniques to uncover variances, understand their root causes, and assess their impact on the business.

  • Collaborate with the controller to lay the groundwork for IPO readiness.
  • Own financial health metrics, including the development of non-GAAP metrics, tracking SLAs, and key weekly benchmarks
  • Develop a compensation framework by benchmarking against other industry and SaaS competitors to ensure competitive positioning and performance.
