Entry Level Accountant @ GHJ

GHJ Search and Staffing has partnered with an international luxury hotel line in Miami to help identify an Accounting Clerk to join their team. The company is a leading hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

This role involves managing invoicing, payments, and maintaining accurate records. No degree required – just bring your enthusiasm to learn!

Responsibilities

Generate and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
Process payments via various methods and reconcile them with invoices.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer transaction records and reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Opera PMS is highly preferred
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
