  • Ideally, prior experience with intellectual property licensing
  • Significant experience supporting procurement and non-disclosure agreements

  • Demonstrated intellectual ability, sustained work success, and good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and desire and ability to learn lots of new things rapidly
  • Work on cutting-edge contracts to add business development partners to the Company's marketplace of software-based services available for licensing by the Company's customers, which includes contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, SDK licenses, business development/marketplace commercial arrangements, customer contracts particularly with respect to third party software, as well as hardware, software and service-based vendor contracts
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced SaaS business with a novel business model, where the emphasis is on “building” as opposed to “maintaining”
  • Get great experience on important commercial matters and related contracts, working with a fun but successful group of colleagues
