Requirements
  • Seven to ten or more years of experience focused on Financial Advisor marketing.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions, and the needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and financial advisors.
  • Strong understanding of the advisor sales process and intermediary third-party distribution channels, including wealth advisors, registered investment advisors, wire houses, regional broker-dealers, independent channels, and bank channels.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution with measurable results, strong timeline management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including promotional and technical writing and the ability to write compelling headlines and promotional copy that drives engagement.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related area of study.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional team lead for financial advisor marketing by providing strategic direction, prioritization recommendations, guidance, and cross-team collaboration, while partnering with the Head of Client Marketing to mentor team-member development.
  • Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns supporting revenue and business goals for Financial Advisor channels and align them with business and sales priorities.
  • Write campaign briefs and manage campaign tactics across paid and owned media, optimizing campaigns based on results.
  • Translate client and market insights into actionable strategies across multichannel platforms, using data and feedback to tailor messaging and prioritize outreach.
  • Partner with the content team to execute thought-leadership strategy with sales, product, and investment stakeholders and align messaging with advisor engagement and business-development goals.
  • Maintain sales-enablement collateral targeting key advisors and ensure its relevance and strategic alignment.
  • Build and manage email and webinar campaigns in marketing platforms such as Marketo and On24 and coordinate dissemination across relevant platforms.
  • Execute project planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to deliver marketing initiatives on time and efficiently.
  • Deliver campaign-performance reporting and data-driven analysis to optimize strategy, drive accountability, and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Drive measurable impact through lead generation, pipeline influence, and channel-specific engagement across digital platforms, content creation, and client events.
  • Generate new marketing ideas to elevate Northern Trust Asset Management's presence and relevance with advisors, home offices, and key decision-makers.
  • Participate in and contribute to the annual client marketing plan.
  • Lead ongoing business-partner communications about marketing campaign rollout, implementation, and results in partnership with Integrated Campaign Strategy team members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, and industry developments specific to the Financial Advisor market.
  • Conduct complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal business impact.
  • Participate in and collaborate with cross-functional working teams, including senior leaders, and execute effectively across levels of seniority.

The black-tie event will celebrate the museum's supporters while raising funds to preserve Texas aviation history, expand exhibits and support STEM education programs for students across the Houston area. Gala chairs Donna and Matthew Noll and honorary chairs Cheryl Bobblitt King and Bill King will welcome guests as the museum honors Lisa and Jerry Simon for their transformational impact and longtime commitment to the Lone Star Flight Museum and the Greater Houston community. The evening will include museum supporters, sponsors, elected officials and community leaders alongside Anna Hawley, LSFM president and chief executive officer, and David Novelli, LSFM board chair. This year's theme, Destination New Orleans, will celebrate the culture, music and traditions of the Crescent City, a destination with special meaning for the evening's honorees. Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. She will report to Global Head of Sales David Albright. Quinlan will lead the firm's relationships with professional advisors, including law and accounting firms, business advisory and investment consultants. These collaborations often intersect with client needs around unique assets such as fine art and collectibles, which the firm has a long history of addressing through its comprehensive wealth planning and fiduciary services. Building on that foundation, Quinlan will develop a dedicated platform that addresses the increasingly sophisticated needs of collectors and families with significant art holdings.
