Requirements
  • You should ideally have 2+ years of administrative experience in clinical vendor management, financial management and/or overall clinical development
  • You have excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • You are a motivated self-starter who is capable of flourishing in a fast-paced small company environment
  • You are a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • You are pragmatic and able to manage multiple projects and needs effectively
Responsibilities
  • You will maintain contract trackers, contributing to the financial management of our studies
  • You will manage the contract lifecycle through Relay systems, including filing, distributing, and tracking to ensure timely signatures
  • You will maintain vendor accrual trackers, adding new vendor contracts and budgets, to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • You will support the onboarding process for vendors alongside Procurement and Quality
  • You will reconcile invoices to purchase orders and ensure invoices are paid in a timely fashion
  • You will raise contract requisitions, and drive communicating for, and tracking, approvals
  • You will support the execution of all outside US site agreements, updating the status internally as needed
  • You will renew expired/set to expire contracts in collaboration with key stakeholders and Legal
  • You will support Precision Medicine colleagues, answering questions regarding purchase order numbers, remaining amounts, as well as current status for contracts, purchase orders, invoices and payments
  • You will provide support for financial planning and the financial management of clinical studies
  • You will proactively identify opportunities for operational and process improvements and efficiencies
