Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing global broking placement processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the overall transformation goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the transformation program.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with the broader goals of the organization.
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop project plans for the implementation of broking placement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the transformation program.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to broking placement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators for the transformation program.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes.
- Support change management initiatives related to the transformation program.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
