The Facilities Manager leads clinic condition assessments, minor refresh scope walks, escalations & troubleshooting, frequent interaction with clinic teammates, and warranty walks. This position will provide education and training at regional and clinic levels. This individual must understand reporting hierarchy and be able to communicate and convey the appropriate amount of detail required to keep stakeholders informed.
The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with senior leaders, clinical teammates, and other business leaders requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. The manager will interface and collaborate with various levels within the organization and must be able to convey the appropriate amount of detail required to keep stakeholders informed.
The position requires the ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and confidence in handling a variety of challenges while maintaining high standards of achievement and a full commitment to the success of the business.
The manager should be execution-oriented and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment that requires a high level of flexibility, strong time management, and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinic condition assessments (50%)
Minor renovation scope walks (10%)
Attend FA/ROD meetings (10%)
Escalations and troubleshooting (10%)
Water education/detect to protect (5%)
Warranty walks/11 month walks (5%)
Training - Work request system(5%)
Other duties as assigned (5%)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or
4-6 years of experience with an Associate’s degree or apprenticeship in a related field
Multi-site facilities management experience required
Ability to work from home or in a remote setting with little supervision required
Strong verbal and written communication skills (excellent grammar, spelling, ability to effectively verbalize concepts)
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Access required; ability to use Internet effectively required
