Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of Sales or Go-to-Market experience, or industry experience preferably in construction and 3-5 years sales management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert Facilitation, Presentation, Storytelling, and Mentoring skills
  • Expert-level skills in sales methodologies including questioning techniques such as SPIN Selling, advancing a sale, and converting to close.
  • Strong working knowledge of the broad breadth of products within our world-class brands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Field based. Local, Regional, and national travel required (Travel % TBD per safety guidelines).
  • Promotes a culture of learning through continuous self-development and coaching.
  • Strong collaborator that prioritizes building trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver the value solution of sales skills, process, and SBD’s product offerings by way of application-based training face-to-face and virtually.
  • Execute a variety of training curriculums.
  • Drive SALES through Best-in-Class Training events for our customer-facing roles.
  • Be both a subject matter expert and mentor in the field.
  • Work as a subject matter expert with the Learning Experience Design team on learning content.
  • Measure the knowledge increase, behavior change, and business impact of your training and mentoring on the business.
