  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing members, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement with the premium membership offerings
  • Monitor sales performance, membership engagement, and overall product success, providing regular reports to senior management
  • Utilize data and insights to continuously refine and improve the membership offering and sales approach
