- Interpret, record, and act on diagnostic results, and perform advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures.
- Identify and assess major medical problems and communicate potential needs to a physician or specialist.
SeniorLIFE operates PACE (LIFE) health centers across Pennsylvania, helping older adults stay in their own homes instead of moving to a nursing facility. An interdisciplinary team builds each member an individualized plan covering physician and nursing care, personal care, pharmacy, therapy, transportation, nutrition counseling, and social services. What sets SeniorLIFE apart is its all-in-one model, pairing 24/7 coverage with wellness centers for coordinated medical and social support. The goal is to help seniors age safely and independently.
