- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to work with various management levels of the organization
- Customer-focused and execution-driven with great communication skills
- Knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed
- Daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting for the Office of the Chief Information Officer
- Performs high complexity data analysis, design, development and unit testing of existing reporting applications from user requirements and design documents
- Resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles
- Understanding of proper application design techniques and methodologies
- SQL/T-SQL, Visual Basic, VBA, SharePoint Designer, Advanced Access, Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint is preferred
