  • Relevant Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, PSPO or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated application of and proven success with different project management methodologies and frameworks, management tools, analysis, and research
  • Experience with creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all organizational levels
  • Experience coaching project team members
Responsibilities
  • Chart and maintain a project plan, identifying and assigning project tasks.
  • Manage a cross functional team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Assist in high level process design/Interface design.
  • Work to coordinate internal reviews and refinement of requirements.
  • Work with team members to remove impediments to delivery, including but not limited to identifying, then eliminating or mitigating risks to delivery.
  • Ensure quality control for all project deliverables and activities.
  • Coordinate with Department leadership to gain access to resources needed for project completion.
  • Plan appropriate internal communication methods, providing ongoing status updates, including health status, risks, schedule, staffing needs, etc.
  • Oversee and effectively communicate project needs ensuring alignment on expectations with delivery, timeline, and budget.
  • Effectively communicate internal and external blockers related to projects to relevant departments within Decisions.
