Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline is required.
  • Fifteen years of program or project management experience are required.
  • Applicants selected must undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall program leadership across the full lifecycle of enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation efforts, aligning and unifying cross-functional Integrated Product Team activities into a single cohesive effort.
  • Direct program planning, technical strategy, and resource coordination with government stakeholders to meet acquisition and installation objectives.
  • Establish and manage program-level cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee production and engineering documentation processes, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality and schedule standards.
  • Represent the program in executive-level reviews and briefings, communicating status updates, risks, and strategic alignment.
