Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Go Software Engineer to develop high-performance embedded computer vision systems. In this role, you will design and optimize software for real-time image processing, edge AI, and system integration. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our global embedded vision solutions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded system components for processing various data at the edge

• Research and evaluate different algorithm options

• Ensure software reliability, security, and performance in resource-constrained environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering.

• Perform code optimization and code refactoring

• Participate in code reviews

• Participate in testing and debugging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with experience in system-level programming.

• Knowledge of real-time processing and optimizing performance in constrained environments.

• Experience with Linux-based embedded systems and cross-compilation toolchains.

• Understanding of concurrency, parallel processing, and memory management in Go.

• Ability to troubleshoot, profile, and debug embedded applications effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-performance systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with AWS (IoT, Lambda, S3, Greengrass, etc.) for cloud integration.

• Proficiency in C/C++ for low-level optimizations and hardware interactions.

• Experience with Docker containerization.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience working with Git, JIRA, Bitbucket

• 2-5 years of experience with Go programming language

• 1-3 years of experience developing for embedded systems
