  • You are an effective communicator, and know how to influence and manage a large list of stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers in developing an outstanding self-serve advertising ecosystem
  • Develop and lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of Spotify's self-serve account capabilities. This includes organization and account management, security management, billing and payments, reporting, notification inbox, and brand safety controls
  • Work with development teams across R&D as well as with business stakeholders to identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth and user experience improvements via our self-serve platform
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Insights and User Research to efficiently drive innovative work forward
  • Collaborate with internal Spotify platform teams to align roadmaps in service of delivering the most impactful features for our advertisers, and for our business
  • Work relentlessly to ensure your team is focused on delivering against KPIs which support our customers and our business. A healthy balance of innovation, support and maintenance is key for all successful teams at Spotify
