Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems and transactions, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing that keeps the business operating efficiently.
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including but not limited to job postings, onboarding communications, status changes, and offboarding processes, delivering a seamless employee experience at every stage.
  • Initiate and manage a variety of HR requests, including compensation analyses, employment agreements, organizational changes, and other employee-related actions, partnering cross-functionally to drive timely completion.
  • Process employee payment requests and collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including large-scale communications, event logistics, and tracking/reporting on participation and outcomes.
  • Proactively step into project coordination or leadership roles as needed, supporting both local HR initiatives and broader company-wide projects with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Research and respond to ad hoc inquiries from the HR team, business leaders, and employees, synthesizing information and delivering clear, timely, and well-informed insights or solutions.
  • Contribute creative ideas and execution support for employee engagement efforts, helping to design and deliver programs that enhance the employee experience across the full work lifecycle.
  • Maintain and audit HR data integrity, ensuring systems, reports, and organizational charts are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across business units.
  • Leverage data to generate insights and tell a clear story, producing meaningful reports and metrics to support decision-making for a complex organization of 1,000+ employees across multiple locations.
  • Support compliance and operational excellence by staying informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, helping the West Coast Studio Operations team and HR stay proactive and audit-ready.
  • Train and support business partners and employees on HR processes and tools, including timekeeping, onboarding practices, and system usage, promoting consistency and self-sufficiency
