  • Execute the commercial strategy for new products, solutions, services, and existing portfolios across various markets through business models, sales channels, and risk-sharing partnerships.
  • Own and drive Order Intake performance for DXR in APAC, aligning funnel creation, conversion, and deal orchestration with AOP targets.
  • Lead funnel development and coverage strategy, maintaining pipeline visibility against AOP and developing risk assessment and mitigation plans across markets.
  • Ensure alignment of Business & Market Collaboration enablers, including new product introductions, quality initiatives, and channel support, within business collaboration plans.
  • Implement strategic policies by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria while integrating strategic and operational perspectives.
  • Handle complex issues, synthesize market and customer feedback, and use analysis of situations and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve relevant metrics and goals, determine methods for new assignments, and coordinate activities across functions and departments.
  • Implement innovative business models to improve operational efficiency, maximize revenue streams, and optimize market positioning.
  • Lead strategic direction using market insights, cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders and clients, and drive long-term business strategies.
  • Evaluate competitive actions using insights and analytics and design implementation plans for counterstrategies.
  • Handle strategic global deals requiring new commercial models or having global strategic priority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
  • Drive installed-base conversion and replacement programs, including end-of-support, end-of-life, last-time-buy, and upgrade strategies.
  • Define and execute portfolio strategy for APAC market dynamics, optimizing competitiveness, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Lead large-scale and strategic tenders, coordinating Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Regulatory, and Business Unit teams to maximize win rate and profitability.
  • Ensure pricing governance and IGM discipline while supporting markets in deal structuring, value selling, and commercial negotiations.
  • Orchestrate new product introductions and lifecycle management to ensure adoption, market readiness, and competitive positioning.
  • Act as the key interface between Markets and the Business Unit, driving escalations, influencing roadmap decisions, and securing support for critical deals and issues.
  • Build partnerships with regional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end execution from opportunity creation to order closure.
  • Develop and deploy growth initiatives and commercial programs.
  • Monitor funnel health and conversion, identify gaps and risks, and drive corrective actions with clear ownership.
