Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, with a focus on Boomi platform and API management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions, including ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, and synchronization.
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi integration development, including building connectors, APIs, workflows, and deployment configurations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, protocols (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS), and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenAPI).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in Boomi, API management, or related technologies are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of integration solutions using Boomi platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, define technical specifications, and develop integration strategies to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration developers, guiding them in best practices, design patterns, and implementation methodologies.
  • Architect and implement API solutions to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between internal systems and external partners/vendors.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in integration and API management, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and guidelines for integration architecture, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate technical concepts, project statuses, and roadmap priorities effectively.
