  • Administrative Assistant or Office Management experience preferred
  • Proficient with GSuite

  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. occasionally
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Be the Homebase culture keeper by upholding existing company traditions and finding new ways to delight our team
  • Office management - help keep the office pleasant and productive (ordering and stocking office supplies, troubleshooting phone/printer issues, maintaining a tidy office, etc.)
  • Administrative responsibilities - welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries, managing utilities and other administrative duties
  • Coordinate with vendors such as office cleaners, lunch delivery, office supplies, snacks and beverages, landlord relations, etc
  • Onboarding employees - setting up new employee computers, handing out key fobs, providing office tours, handling employee paperwork, communicating company culture, occasionally hosting new hire orientation, etc
  • Calendar management - help with meeting scheduling, coordination, and shuffling conference room reservations
  • Be the go-to resource in the office for all employee questions, help employees with their concerns or help them find the right person
