You Will:

• Own the performance of processes that deliver telemedicine.
• Drive a continuous improvement cycle that identifies, measures, and improves delivery of our services.
• Design and build processes for new healthcare services.
• Own communication and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and teams around the company.
• Build and manage metrics and reporting to track impact and determine care delivery success.
• Work with exceptional engineers, designers, and product managers to build useful and modern tools and be prepared to deploy multiple times weekly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience in an operational, product, or program management role, extra points for startup experience
• Experience leading and influencing without authority
• Experience performing data analyses to make data-driven decisions
• An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools a plus
• Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management tools
• Experience in driving business impact through Operations research techniques
• Experience defining business and user requirements to inform our product and engineering teams
