Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing a large and diverse sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies, and make strategic decisions to achieve identified objectives
  • Familiarity with CRM and other sales-related tools and technologies

  • The Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth within the >10,000 EE employer space. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. Additionally, the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to continuously improve sales performance and drive business growth
