  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in project administration, project management, procurement, contracts, or a related field
  • Highly organized with demonstrable experience working on multiple projects at once

Responsibilities
  • Assist project leads by providing support for internal and external customer interactions (presentations, deliverables communication, status of projects, schedule meetings)
  • Coordinate with Kitware’s contracts team and the project teams to submit proposals, requests for contract modifications, and prior approval requests
  • Track due dates for, and perform upload of technical and administrative contract deliverables, across multiple government-hosted systems
  • Coordinate with Kitware’s marketing team, manage public release requests, and gather materials from projects for internal and external marketing
  • Assist project leads in ensuring that the project schedule is on track by utilizing technical knowledge to understand high-level technical goals and concepts of projects
  • Assist project leads with purchase, tracking, and disposition of government property
  • Assist with data collection, data security, and data management tasks
  • Work to establish processes to improve and simplify project administration
  • Coordinate with Kitware’s project leads and compliance team to provide support for Human Subject Research, including development of protocols and the coordination and gathering of materials to be submitted for IRB review
  • Assist with subcontractor management and oversight
  • Perform such other assignments as may be required from time to time by management
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with human subjects research or other data security regulations
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry
  • Some knowledge of agile methodologies and/or a technical background in computer science or engineering
