We are looking for a versatile and reliable Healthcare Analytics Lead to join our Clinical Analytics, Research and Strategy team. You will transform healthcare data into analytical insights to inform decisions. To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely with your Interwell Health colleagues and with stakeholders to source requirements, plan and structure analytics projects, understand base datasets, create detailed analytic plans, quality check code / results, and communicate key insights.
The work you will do:
- As an independent contributor, write and review SQL code to collect, mine and report and monitor key strategic initiatives
- Build data-driven presentations that translate business problems into data analysis with crisp insights and clear recommendations
- As a team lead, support and mentor colleagues with technical challenges and methodological processes
- Own data discovery, problem definition, analytic creation/integrity, presentation of high value outcomes projects
- Function as an Analytic SME on cross functional, goal driven teams
The skills and qualifications you need:
- 3+ years of healthcare data analytics experience (claims, EHR, eligibility, etc.)
- Autonomy, thrive in a 100% virtual work environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, including strong systems knowledge and ruthless discipline with regards to data hygiene and analysis
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Tolerance for ambiguity, work in current and future state situations to meet changing and evolving business needs.
