- 8+ years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and/or generator technology
- Proven knowledge of electrical systems and power generation technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining solar panels and generators
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the renewable energy industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems and generators for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate electrical systems to determine the most suitable solar or generator solutions
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar panels and generators
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar systems and generators, implementing effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs
- Collaborate with the team to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar and generator technologies
- NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) or OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification is desirable
