Job Description
We are looking for a strong, driven Senior Account Supervisor or Account Director to lead the day-to-day work on the P&G Dish Care business (Dawn and Cascade). Experience and passion for working on consumer packaged goods is a must and P&G experience would be ideal.
The candidate must be a strong leader with excellent operational discipline and experience in integrated production. They will serve as a critical team member that acts as the “linchpin” internally to help connect the various disciplines, and will oversee multiple workstreams across the brands. They will be responsible for production and delivery of all major assets, as well as for helping to facilitate projects end-to-end.
They must be able to build and enhance internal team dynamics, and strengthen our client relationships and build trust. They are valued partners to brand managers as well as agency leaders. They are strong collaborators and team builders, eager to teach and mentor their junior team. They are responsible for directing day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client, and always champion great creative work and flawless delivery.
They will report to the EVP Portfolio lead directly so there is a lot of opportunity for growth and independent management of the project work.
Must have 6-8 years of relevant experience (e.g. account management, client services, marketing strategy).

What will the day-to-day work look like (Deliverables)?
- Lead all projects from point of briefing to completion and optimization
- Support EVP Portfolio lead in managing scope of work and driving incremental revenue
- Dive into dynamics, strategies and drivers of client business, and driving thought leadership and strategic deliverables for the future of the brand (creative reviews, internal meetings, agency POVS’s etc.)
- Build collaborative and trusted relationships internally and externally with the IAT (inter agency team) and Client partners
- Demonstrate problem solving mentality and effectively navigating team when there are conflicting priorities to deliver all agency deliverables with excellence
- Coach and inspire the development of junior staff by providing actionable and productive feedback, training and growth opportunities; Provide support and guidance for junior staff on matters related to talent, traffic, budget, timing, etc
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant actvities from competitors and peripheral categories

Qualifications
What are the top qualifications the candidates should have?
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects, end-to-end, against tight deadlines
- Experience in broadcast, digital, social production – with clear understanding of process and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrates both diplomatic and empathetic leadership skills; a good listener, and ability to read the room or behaviors
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and helps to teach and constantly reinforce these skills to junior account team
- Ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with internal cross-functional team, agency partners and clients
- Skilled at working with senior level creative team, e.g., offering clearly articulated creative/strategic feedback and constantly supporting creative team
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to efficiently deliver information (both written & verbal)
