  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in corporate development, strategic planning, corporate planning, or financial analysis roles. Experienced working in deal-heavy environments - (e.g. Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Technology/SaaS businesses that had heavy inorganic growth agendas)
  • University Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant post-secondary education would be considered an asset
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage several simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
  • Possess strong situational awareness and are a highly skilled relationship builder and negotiator
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast paced and often ambiguous work environment
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement preferably in SaaS operations
  • Ability to interpret data, determine what is good or bad, and be able to communicate with others
  • Possess solid grasp of performance variables for making sound recommendations to the Pricing Team and other stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of value-based pricing principles and practices is an important prerequisite but not exclusive
  • Working knowledge of SaaS CRM products such as Salesforce, and traditional spreadsheet software such as Excel
  • Excellent Data Visualization and presentation skills. Familiarity with Tableau (a plus)
  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required
  • Ability to make independent decisions, manage projects and present findings
  • Takes steps to gain knowledge of the marketplace, i.e. marketing research, client reviews, competitive analysis, global markets
  • Results-oriented individual who is conscientious of their quality of work and has ability to work across the organization
  • Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to envision the “big picture” while managing the details and focusing on multiple objectives or assignments

  • Work with Client Success, Marketing and Sales stakeholders to analyzing data sets to uncover actionable insights that will inform strategy and decision making
  • Work with other analysts and stakeholder teams to build target planning and analysis frameworks
  • Foster collaborative relationships by developing, maintaining, and strengthening partnerships with others inside or outside the organization
  • Set benchmarks and KPIs for GTM functions based on business goals and establish reporting on performance against those KPIs
  • Quota planning and measurement for Sales and revenue growth teams
  • Support ad hoc and other analysis projects as needed
