Responsibilities
  • Negotiating and drafting a broad range of complex trading and financing agreements for prime brokerage, derivatives (e.g., ISDAs and futures), clearing and execution, investments, securities financing, and bespoke products
  • Researching and advising on regulations affecting the business and related legal issues
  • Assisting with new projects, including knowledge management, establishment of standards and templates, and supporting new and expanding business areas
  • Liaising with external counsel and other external advisers as needed
  • Collaborating with other teams across Jane Street, including Trading, Credit, Operations, and Tax
