Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 3+ years’ experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
  • 3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • 3+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
  • Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters
  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
  • Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers & clients

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Store Merchandising organization
  • Shape the customer experience across 7,000+ stores
  • Deliver the best products and promotions to customers by leveraging strong analytical skills
  • Evaluate sales trends and identify opportunities
  • Optimize merchandising strategies
  • Present findings and recommendations to Senior Category Manager and DMM leadership
  • Anticipate market changes and take calculated risks to grow CVS/category market share while balancing P&L financial impacts
  • Build strong, credible and trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Influence others in day-to-day business practices
  • Reprioritize work based on strategic adjustments
  • Drive self and portfolio of work with little supervision
  • Look for better ways to do things and share ideas or recommendations with others
Desired Qualifications
