Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years media experience, in a strategic, media planning, or investment/buying role
  • Background in CTV, Addressable TV, and/or OTT
  • Manage workstreams, with evolving priorities
  • Qualitative skills with attention-to detail to produce accurate work
  • Direct report management experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word
Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategic planning of local ATV campaigns, including:
  • Collaborate across teams to identify audiences
  • Request and review proposals from vendors
  • Determine strategic budget allocation based on client goals and audiences
  • Share recommendations with agency teams; inclusive strategic rationale for each campaign
  • Oversee Partner execution with Activation or Measurement team to:
  • Implement buys, and QA/troubleshoot
  • Track in-flight campaigns, and improve
  • Set up campaign advanced attribution measurement and reporting
  • Develop internal and external relationships to ensure campaign success
  • Provide required deliverables to keep campaigns on track
  • Be in an environment that encourages creativity, enthusiasm, and organization
