  • High school diploma or equivalency required; some college a plus
  • Customer support/service experience highly desirable
  • Prior experience in customer/client facing role; 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent English reading, writing and verbal communication
  • Reputation for being hard-working and reliable
  • Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with others
Responsibilities
  • Support, guide and instill confidence in customers during their first 30 days as they are implementing Housecall Pro.
  • Manage and prioritize your workflow and call lists with speed and accuracy.
  • Listen and understand customers’ needs; handle objections, instill confidence, and resell the value of Housecall Pro.
  • Coach customers on the basics of the Housecall Pro product, by providing them with clear next steps in their onboarding process
  • Quickly identify and escalate customers to applicable resolution paths, as needed.
  • Understand and adapt to Housecall’s ongoing product and technology developments.
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.
