Responsibilities
  • Support, guide, and instill confidence in customers during their first 30 days
  • Manage and prioritize workflow and call lists with speed and accuracy
  • Listen and understand customers’ needs; handle objections, instill confidence, and resell the value of Housecall Pro
  • Coach customers on the basics of the Housecall Pro product
  • Quickly identify and escalate customers to applicable resolution paths
  • Understand and adapt to Housecall’s ongoing product and technology developments
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
