  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics, or Reporting & Analytics in a private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
  • Utilizing your project management skills to partner with stakeholders to gather, coordinate, and communicate Finance digital reporting requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement when necessary.
  • Creating detailed Functional Design documents (FD’s) to ensure proper report development.
  • Actively engaging BI / BW developers globally, and leveraging your own PowerBI expertise, to create and enhance reporting solutions.
  • Engaging with cross-functional areas including FP&A, Treasury, Controllers, Business Finance, Enterprise Supply Chain, and IT across global locations.
  • Collaborating with project teams in customizing, integrating, and extending Power BI and reporting technologies.
  • Effectively training and supporting end-users on automated solutions and reporting tools.
  • Providing ongoing user ticket resolution to ensure reporting solutions continue to function as needed.
  • Identifying and driving optimization for process improvement and resource efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field
  • Working towards an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting practices and policies
  • Ability to translate and articulate business needs into tangible, data-based solutions
  • Understanding of Finance (RTR) datasets, sources, and security models
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Scrum methodology, and Agile principles
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx), scripting languages (e.g., DAX, VBA), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Webi), and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, HANA)
  • Experience with SQL and working knowledge of query and data warehouse design
  • Requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Experience contributing on cross-functional teams
