  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in relationship management, business development, or college/university employer relations
  • Experience with Handshake or other job posting platforms, databases and CRMs (Salesforce), event management platforms, social media content design and editing tools
  • Keen interest in understanding and communicating regional employment opportunities; strong sense of local, regional and global business and related hiring trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures; effective at building relationships, influencing others, and working collaboratively across teams
  • Flexibility to work, at times, during non-traditional work hours (some evenings and/or weekends) to support events
  • Note: this role requires on-campus presence 4-days a week with 1 day work-from-home allowance; this is subject to change based on Company policies; during critical periods, 5 days a week on campus may be required
  • International work experience and exposure to multicultural environments is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on campus employer programs to support student job and internship success
  • Source employment opportunities from employer and alumni partners and promote opportunities to students; actively participate and network at local external events generating leads to new employer partners
  • Connect with local alumni and develop opportunities for students to engage with alumni in on-campus and off-campus activities; curate relevant off-campus events to offer networking opportunities for Hult students; escort students to key events, and introduce them to the art of networking
  • Oversee the Handshake platform, ensuring efficient job posting processes and conducting regular analysis to track and enhance job matching, student engagement, and employer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a robust employer pipeline by utilizing CRM tools to record, track, and manage employer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support relationship-building and strategic decision-making
  • Partner with student clubs and professional organizations on co-branded events
  • Oversee employer events on and off campus, including arranging company visits; lead the execution of your events - with the support of campus colleagues
  • Under the direction of the Head of Career Development and Employer Relations, partner with the Career Development team to secure alumni and corporate contacts for at least 10 industry panels
  • Marketing events and job opportunities via social media, newsletter and campus channels
  • Serve on the Campus Task Force for Corporate Business Challenges, bringing insight and support in connecting with potential corporate partners
  • Where applicable, manage student workers/interns to support the development, promotion, and execution of employer and alumni career events and opportunities
  • Collaborate with peers in Employer Relations across campuses to share best practices and source opportunities across regions for students

EF Auckland wins double Silver at New Zealand Design Awards. 15th January 2026 EF Auckland has been recognised at Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards, receiving Silver awards in two categories: - Private, Public & Institutional Spaces - Colour Award - Spatial The awards celebrate the design of EF Auckland's language campus, recognising an approach that goes beyond aesthetics to support learning, wellbeing, and community. Designed by EF's in-house Architecture & Design team, the campus reflects EF's global brand while drawing inspiration from Auckland's local character and culture. "Every EF school starts with context," says Fiona Kennedy, Global Head of Architecture & Design at EF Education First. "We don't believe in importing a single design template around the world. Instead, we design campuses that feel unmistakably EF, while being deeply rooted in the city they belong to.
