Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, operations, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of previous experience in B2C tech strategic operations, growth operations, general management, or a similar role, with 4+ years in a leadership and management role. Prior experience in management consulting preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of or interest in online communities, ideally with experience in shopping or ecommerce communities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams. Prior experience managing hourly and contract employees strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Community Relations, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Product to build a community growth strategy.
  • Build and execute on a roadmap of continuous operational improvements and initiatives that will accelerate the efficiency of community content generation and levels of engagement with our community members.
  • Develop a deals operational growth strategy and corresponding roadmap of operational improvements and initiatives to optimize our deal operations processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic power users, influencers, and community members in partnership with the Head of Community Relations.
  • Partner with the Business Operations to create dashboards and reports that will enable you to closely monitor and analyze community health, operational efficiency and overall platform growth.
  • Inspire and lead a team of 2 direct reports, 23 total FTEs and 78 contractors to drive higher community and deals growth with maximum operational efficiency.
