Responsibilities
  • Attain complete knowledge of products and services, recognize referral opportunities, and partner with appropriate business lines including mortgage, wealth, cash management, commercial lending, and residential lending.
  • Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Deliver and cross-sell banking products in conjunction with customers’ needs through platform interactions and teller-line transitions.
  • Assist in attaining branch-specific goals in conjunction with bank initiatives and the strategic plan.
  • Provide customer service regarding daily transactions, inquiries, problem resolution, and customer follow-up in accordance with bank policies and expectations.
  • Perform outbound sales activities, including prospecting and outbound calling to prospective and existing customers in person, virtually, and by phone.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with bank policy.
  • Operate required technology.
  • Consistently use the customer management system to document customer and prospect interactions, send referrals, and update campaigns.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous banking or relevant work experience is preferred.
