Requirements
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working under stressful conditions.
  • Adeptness with computer software and strong typing skills.
  • Writing and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights on an as-needed basis.
  • Ability to lift or move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift boxes of various weights.
  • Ability to use a computer with reasonable accommodations.
  • A current, valid driver's license in the state of application and the ability to meet company driving standards.
Responsibilities
  • Kit and prepare items for projects and service calls.
  • Order parts as needed, track their receipt, and ensure all parts are accounted for in inventory.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and internal audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Pick and pack materials.
  • Generate and analyze purchase orders, receipts, and reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions.
  • Distribute personal protective equipment, hardware, and software licenses to technicians and partners.
  • Assist with Box Sales and generate purchase orders for Accounting.
  • Coordinate with project managers, branch managers, and corporate operations to ensure the flow of inventory-related information.
  • Work with the warehouse team to optimize storage space and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Use inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and existing inventory to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate, track, and ship project and service return merchandise authorization equipment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preference is given to candidates with experience in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries.
  • Forklift certification is desirable.
