Director will be responsible for driving initiatives related to Risk Adjustment management to ensure that health plan performance is on track with targets. Priorities include operational support, driving day to day operations, implementing new pilots, and running existing programs. The Director, will have a critical role in assessing the opportunity for performance improvement, devising the approach for implementation new strategies, and managing deployment of performance related initiatives for Nephrology providers.
The work you will do:
- Responsible for the overall execution of the RA program across all key focus areas while specifically ensuring key metrics and timelines are met for providers across the Network.
- Serve as the SME on Risk Adjustment understanding the intricacies of the models
- Consult with and educate providers, leadership, and C-Suite, translating technical information into actionable solutions
- Provides leadership on risk adjustment activities to key stakeholders and direct reports
- Develop systems for monitoring and tracking progress and processes for escalating potential issues
- Work closely with IWH colleagues and provider organizations to determine the approach for clinical performance improvement, including:
- Provider relations, client management and vendors support
- analytics
- revenue cycle
- stakeholder engagement (physicians, office staff, care management)
- integration with clinical delivery initiatives to promote access to quality care
- timely monitoring and submission of supporting documentation for RAF and Quality programs
The skills and qualifications you need:
- 5-8 years+ experience in managed care, health plan operations, health care delivery system and P&L responsibility.
- 5-7+ years of experience in managing large enterprise-level programs.
- Professional experience in a leadership working with providers, different large organization in a large, complex, and integrated health care delivery system.
