Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Reading, writing, and grammar skills are required.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Auditory and visual skills are required.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 25 pounds or less is required.
- Satisfactory completion of a post-offer, pre-employment physical is required when applicable.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work schedules to maintain the senior living community, including resident apartments, in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and New York State Department of Health regulatory requirements.
