  • Student must have the ability to work full-time (40 hrs; M-F) from July-December
  • Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple team members
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated interest in Marketing, Branding, Communications, and consumer products
  • Experience in database software desired
  • Exhibits a general curiosity and desire to learn
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, or social media to resolve inquiries, place orders, process returns or warranty replacements, and grow brand engagement
  • Identify, engage, and nurture prospective customers in meaningful conversations and product demonstrations to drive revenue and improve customer outcomes
  • Organize and manage product marketing materials and core assets within the iRobot DAM (Digital Asset Management System)
  • Monitor competitive activity and perform qualitative/quantitative analysis to provide summarized feedback
  • Administrative support of go-to-market activity
  • Assist team members with day-to-day sales and marketing tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed
