  • A completed engineering degree or comparable qualification is required.
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling capital investment projects in the life sciences industry are required.
  • Understanding of processes and dependencies in the planning, tendering/procurement, and execution phases is required.
  • Very good working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • A convincing presence, organizational skills, and flexibility are required.
  • Fluent German and English skills at C1 level are required.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites in the DACH region is required.
Responsibilities
  • Create detailed project schedules across all project phases in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
  • Optimize schedules and track all project activities.
  • Manage time and resource planning, analyze project and progress reports to identify deviations, and develop strategies and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate with project participants to define work packages and schedules and conduct schedule reviews.
  • Support project management with project-delivery planning and project controls to meet schedule and progress targets.
  • Prepare internal and external status reports, including progress measurements.
  • Evaluate the schedules of all project partners and suppliers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal and external partners regarding schedule information.
