  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Human Resource management and/or business partner functions
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and European employment laws
  • Excellent business acumen
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner for designated sub-region
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders for organizational and people-related strategy
  • Provide expertise in areas such as career planning, performance management, coaching, etc.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate employee issues
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop strategies to develop, engage, and retain talent
  • Enable and manage ongoing change
  • Use data strategically to improve organizational health and employee engagement
  • Lead and manage People programs within the department
  • Partner with global HRBP organization for effective HR program delivery
  • Collaborate with other People Team groups for high-quality implementation of critical operating rhythms
