Requirements
  • 10-15+ years in direct ad sales in digital advertising, with expertise in innovative formats and ad technologies

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ad sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience principles
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying key verticals, expanding the advertiser pipeline, and optimizing sales performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and advertiser needs to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, strengthening brand presence and fostering strategic partnerships
  • Partner with the CRO, Product, Marketing and FP&A team to define the ad product portfolio, pricing models, and sales framework to maximize revenue while delivering value to advertisers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and industry partners to drive long-term revenue growth
  • Lead negotiations with top-tier clients, securing high-value deals and long-term commitments
  • Ensure excellence in client servicing, fostering trust, transparency, and long-term advertiser satisfaction
  • Enable sales teams with tools, insights, and resources to deliver compelling solutions to strategic clients
  • Build and manage a high-performing ad sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Implement efficient, repeatable sales processes to optimize performance and maximize sales productivity
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to drive decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement
  • Develop training and mentorship programs to support team growth and professional development
