  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree
  • 5-7 years work experience in consulting, change management, learning & development or related roles
  • Experience in fast paced, startup/high growth environment
  • Dynamic problem solving skills with a proactive, results oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with remote teams

Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in the Augmedix Notebuilder tool and related operational processes and workflows
  • Use existing data and seek out new sources of data as needed to identify opportunities for optimization of the adoption and utilization of the Notebuilder tool
  • Define the optimization metrics and methodology for measuring on-going results
  • Design and implement scalable initiatives to achieve optimization metrics that could include but are not limited to: hands-on training for users, coaching trainers and influencing improvements to current training curriculum and methodology, and synthesize and present user feedback into actionable recommendations for the Product or other cross functional teams
  • Effectively assign team members to each initiative, provide coaching and track results
  • Stay up to date with business priorities to ensure short and longer term optimization initiatives are prioritized appropriately
