Responsibilities
  • Partner with the NYC Department of Small Business Services to deliver services to businesses
  • Engage with small businesses to understand their needs and make recommendations for resources
  • Deliver Business Solutions courses service line by managing course schedule and instructors
  • Facilitate and present courses to provide businesses with relevant information and resources
  • Design and develop learning workshop content and tools for small businesses
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual courses
  • Maintain and establish long-term relationships with community partners
  • Support SBS marketing efforts and drive business development
  • Manage program performance and impact data processes
  • Prepare program impact reports for clients and funders
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
