Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; experience in the fashion, apparel and/or footwear industry useful
  • MBA desirable in a field related to change or project management and / or process excellence is an advantage-or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Project management experience required; project management certification a plus but not required
  • Strong project management and process skills; project management certification useful but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure with a bias for action; resilience
  • Positive and optimistic approach
  • Solutions orientated, ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguous situations
  • Experience leading multiple sophisticated initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Initiate, develop and drive project and business plans across the organization. Handle landmark relevant timelines & communication for specific processes & systems maintenance
  • Lead end-to-end process from initial conceptualization phase, through completion. Guiding business partners towards achievement of relevant timelines and turning points
  • Ensure standard processes are shared across the Americas commercial channels, functions and other international markets when applicable
  • Partner with leadership to drive initiatives forward and lead executive partners across the business. Position, coordinate and align consistent processes and approaches to delivery aligned with Brand Leadership principles
  • Build strong, high integrity business relationships with key internal and external partners, challenging upwards as well as downwards the status quo
  • Design, prepare and facilitate results-oriented alignment meetings against key achievements
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to deliver against the identified value captured financial plan
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and risk mitigating actions to further improve the value capture of work streams
  • Enable fact-based, data informed decision-making, about project execution through creating transparency through the regular status and project KPI reporting
