Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of software engineers and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using low-code platforms such as Outsystems.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap and deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes for software engineering.
  • Monitor and report on the progress, status, and issues of the projects.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and low-code platforms.
