Requirements
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting unified communications environments using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience using PowerShell, Graph API, and scripting for deployment, configuration, and remediation automation.
  • Experience with audio/visual conferencing, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint security platforms.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and diagramming skills.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset centered on building stable, scalable, and supportable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Own the configuration and lifecycle management of audio/video conference rooms.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows for end users.
  • Build and automate deployment, configuration, and compliance workflows.
  • Own and manage printers and management solutions such as Papercut.
  • Establish standards, baselines, and support documentation to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide escalation support with a focus on deep root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with support, security, and business teams to deliver intuitive and supportable collaboration solutions.
  • Manage SharePoint document libraries and other knowledge bases.
  • Use feedback pipelines to develop long-term solutions addressing recurring issues.
  • Anticipate needs and changes related to projects and business strategy.
  • Lead monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of audio/video conferencing systems with a focus on reliability.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams as a collaborative partner.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to mentor others.
  • Balance security, reliability, and simplicity to advocate for a strong user experience.
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that simplify, automate, and eliminate technical debt.
  • Develop and provide operational insights such as compliance, security status, and configuration management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed standards, processes, and control documentation.
