Requirements
- Independent, enterprising, self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility
- Outgoing, empathetic and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally on projects
- Meticulous and vigilant, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrated record of entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership
- Familiarity with the startup and venture ecosystem. Real world experience is highly valued over academic record
- Background in finance, partnerships, salesforce, analytics (i. e. Tableau, SQL) or programming a plus
- Completion of first year of study in a MBA program
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management Relationship Managers on portfolio operations, product development, marketing initiatives, research and analytical projects
- Deep dive into client reporting, organization and data trends
- Develop cross-functional relationships with Mercury's internal teams encompassing core banking, engineering, business development, marketing, and capital
- Contribute to creation and implementation of internal and external relationship management campaigns, events and products
- Full ownership of one or more core RM projects during the term of the internship
